My name is Jenie and I am a full time teacher, mom of 2 beautiful girls and wife of an amazing and supporting husband.
“Be the sunshine apparel” has been an amazing way for me to express mental health awareness, woman self-care and empowerment!
Did you know that 1 out of 5 adults are dealing with a type of mental illness and many are not seeking help because the stigma prevents that? Let’s work together to normalize going to therapy and seeing mental health as important as physical health!
I would like for “Be the Sunshine Apparel” to make every woman wearing the apparel feel strong, special and empowered.
